A Few of Our Members Currently Searching Within Massachusetts Who Chose To Be Featured
1711. Helpingdnamatches : I am searching on behalf of an adoptee .Looking for a woman who was adopted and lived in California during her mid 20’s, who then placed a daughter for adoption in January 1979 in California. The child (a daughter) was born in Long Beach. She believes that she was born baby girl Beaumont and that her mother was born in the mid 1950’s. She also believes her father was Navy. Both the adoptee and myself have done DNA testing for this search (we are related as well). I have a couple of families that are DNA related but have been unable to narrow results because of the multiple adoptions.

1718. BigAliceWI : My birthdate may or may not be 12/10/47. Perhaps a few months or less plus or minus. My adoptive father was a Pediatric Neurosurgeon at the Children’s Medical Center in Boston. He was also a pianist , magician and equestrian. He grew up in Minneapolis, MN. My adoptive Mother grew up in Salem, Ma., was a member of DAR and helped my father in the hospital. I am athletic, a full time artist and art teacher, play the piano, am addicted to the ocean and have two children (by my 1st husband) who have type 1 Diabetes and I have 4 grandchildren. I have no medical history except PTSD/Panic disorder. I think it’s important to notify possible relatives of , primarily, the Diabetes.
1719. BigAliceWI : I was adopted either in Massachusetts (Boston?) or from The Home For Little Wanderers in NYC? My adoptive father was a Pediatric Neurosurgeon at children’s Hospital in Boston, a Professor at Harvard, a pianist, equestrian and magician. He died in 1965. My Mother grew up in Salem Ma. and volunteered in Boston. I have an adopted brother who is eight months older than I. I was born in 1947 in Either December or Jan 48. We lived in Boston suburbs and Cape Ann. I Have two children who have Type 1 Diabetes which they acquired at ages 7 and 10. I have 4 grandchildren who are healthy. I am very athletic, play the piano, and am a full-time artist & art teacher. I have PTSD and Anxiety disorder. I’d like to let whomever my actual relatives about the T1D.
1720. Lisaosborn1969 : I was adopted through the Catholic Charities in Boston. I am 51 years old and have had a great life. Thank you for your huge act of love. I have been twice blessed. I am so grateful.
1721. Stephanyallan : Born in Cambridge MA. October 1991. I lived in SC so not sure what state to look in because I used Circle of Love agency but also had to sign papers with a lawyer here in SC. I as very young and don’t have the details. I gave birth in a Womens hospital. Would love the chance to meet him one day. The parents told me his name was Michael Tracy but was not allowed to know last name. The parents were so kind and sent me pictures for the first year. They have meant the world to me.
1722. Sky2004 : I’m the mother to the adopted child’s half sister and I’m trying to help her locate her half brother. They obviously have the same father.
The adopted boy, Mason, was adopted shortly after his mother gave birth. She didn’t want a reminder of her affair with my husband (ex husband now). She told me she was giving Mason to her cousins whom lived outside of Illinois (where we all live) in a different state. I don’t remember the state she told me tho because that was 12-13 years ago.
I think my daughter deserves to know her one and only step sibling. And she wants to know him, too!
When college time comes along for both of them, I don’t want them to meet and fall in love and end up finding out too late that they are siblings. Mason’s mother, Mandy, shouldn’t want that either.
I think Mandy is afraid that if I find Mason, I will tell him about his real dad and what a narcissist he is and that Mandy doesn’t want her son to ever meet his birth father.
1725. JulietteThibeau5 : Hi!
My dad and his siblings are searching for a brother who was adopted as a baby. My grandfather was married before he met my grandmother and had two sons with the first wife. Come to find out, there was actually a third son who was put up for adoption as a baby. His name would have been David Thibeau at birth. The baby would have been adopted out of MA or NH, and it is rumored that the baby went to a family in NH. The women who organized the adoption was named Mrs. Warner.
I will give more personal details such as names of our family members if we find a match!
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
