426. Cathyandboys : On March 7, 1969 at 930 PM I gave birth to a son, Donald Paul Caron at Malden Hospital, Malden Mass. . He was born on my Paternal grandfather’s birthday 100 years to the day. I didn’t know this until much later because both sets of my grandparents died prior to my being born. my doctor was Dr Grodberg in Malden. However I didn’t make to the maternity ward, you were born in the emergency room. I know it probably broke my parents’ hearts that I was in this situation to begin with and then to give him up for adoption. He would have been the only grandchild that my dad would have known. My dad died in 1975. My other boys weren’t born until after his death. Donald was adopted through the Catholic Charitable Bureau in Boston, about 2 weeks after his birth was when I signed the papers. I have since lost my 2nd son. My husband knew about Donald and so do my two remaining boys. in case you want to make contact and I am no longer living.
