1339. JenPoole : Hi
I was born in Camperdown Children’s Hospital in South Sydney NSW on or around 30th November 1963. I am Australian. I would like to find any relatives and hopefully meet my birth mother‚ should she still be alive.
1341. Toby1963 : I was born on the 28/10/1963 in Hornsby NSW I was premature 2 months and adopted out from birth. My mothers first name was Mary and think her last name something like Talbot ? But not really sure. Father Unknown.
I had straight blond hair but dark underneath. I look a little Western European. But not sure‚ I could be part northern German or Czech. I’m looking for any information on my birth mother or father.
1342. Whimsical_Wanderer : I am looking for my birth parents. I was born at Parramatta on 26.12.1977 and was named Kirsty or Kristy (not 100% sure which) by the staff. I was adopted at about 5 weeks of age and lived in Newcastle. I am led to believe my mother was a country girl and was 18 at the time of my birth and that my father was 19. I have also been advised that my father had a kidney removed at the age of 4 (or there abouts)
1345. Stevie073 : My mother Diana (middle name Laura) was born at Runnymede Private Hospital Grafton NSW on 30 July 1945.
Her birth mother was Doris Ellen Williams (maiden name Johnson)‚ she was 28yo at the time of mum’s birth and lived at 95 Fry St‚ Grafton as at August 1945. Doris was born at Ulong NSW.
The birth certificate doesn’t have the father’s name but I have confirmed who he is via DNA matches to a half sibling.
My Nan who adopted my mum was Grace Hilda Cook/Melvold/Render. She lived around Redfern‚ Surrey Hills & Alexandria in Sydney not far from Doris's sister's home at South Dowling Street.
We don't think mum was formally adopted & would like to know how my Nan came to adopt her when she was 21yo.
Mum once met 2 sisters‚ Nita who lived in Caloundra‚ Qld and Joy who was a Baptist Minister from Panania NSW.
1348. Debzz62 : The person I am searching is passed away (Anthony McGrath) I am in contact with his daughter Kerry ...which has come up on my DNA ancestry...
The reason I am looking for his adoption is there is a high possibility that Anthony McGrath and Share the same biological mother...
Kind regards
Deb Robb
1349. GinaLeanne : I searched for adoption information in 1997. I discovered that my birth mother Heather Ngaire Coombes was deceased ( due to cancer). My birth father was not named‚ but I found out that he had a daughter (10yrs old at time of my birth) to a previous relationship.
I was born at King George V Hospital in Sydney. My mother had 2 brothers‚ who lived in Sydney. I believe that one was an architect and one was a solicitor. I was adopted through a Presbyterian Adoption Agency.
I would really like to find my long lost older sister. I am 61‚ so assume that she would now be around 71.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
