Belinda was fostered by Ronald and Vera Fiddyment on 03 September 1970‚ who later adopted her on 30 November 1972. Belinda had four siblings‚ two boys‚ and two girls.
Belinda married Gregory Ross Hopper on 01 July 1989 at the Cannon Hill Baptist Church in Brisbane‚ Queensland. Her place of residence at the time of her marriage was 14 Luke Street‚ Wavell Heights‚ Queensland.
