449. NatalieWells : My Mother Dianne Storm gave birth to my sister in October 1967 at Milton Hospital NSW. She was placed up for adoption immediately as per her mothers instructions. My Mother was born Diane Mary Storm as written on her birth certificate however went by the spelling Dianne Mary Storm as this is what she was told most of her life until she obtained a birth certificate in 2011. My mother has tried to reach out in the past and was told that contact was not allowed however was told that the daughter was living in Wollongong NSW‚ unsure if this was true or not.
