My mother said her baby was alive when taken by a Matron Doight to wash who later said the baby was dead.
Matron Doight stated to mum’s Doctor & her & dad that she disposed of the baby in the hospital furnace to save my parents the cost of a furneral.
The Doctor then hit the matron with his walking cane in front of my parents.
Suspect the matron stole the baby to give to someone else or to keep herself.
