467. KylieW : Firstly‚ if my birth father does not want to be contacted‚ I understand. I simply wish to know who my siblings are‚ as I was raised an only child. Also‚ I’d like to understand the medical history for the family‚ as I’m married with a family of my own to look out for.
I was born in Griffith‚ NSW‚ in January 1980‚ and was given the name Natalie at birth.
Some information that I have just received about my birth father is as follows. He was about 25‚ with light brown hair‚ around 5’ 6" and of medium build.
My records state he worked as a panel beater at the time‚ and had 2 children (son 4yrs ,1976‚ and daughter 2yrs ,1978).
My birth father would have lived somewhere around Yass or Wagga Wagga in 1979.
468. KylieW : I’m searching for my brother and sister, who would be about 42 and 40 in 2018. I’m not sure if there were any other siblings born after 1980.
They may have been brought up in or around Yass, NSW - at least in 1979-80. Their father was a Panel Beater by trade.
471. DarranClark : Hi,
I am looking for my half brother who was born in country NSW, Australia Mudgee around 1947. I believe the name my mother gave him is Ian/Neil.
My mother was only young when she gave birth to him and she was forced to adopt him. My mother was a very loving and kind person and she would never have given him up willingly, she had 6 boys (including myself) with my father. We do not know who Ian/Neil’s father is, it is possible he was a local Mudgee resident. That sounds terrible, but my Mum kept this a secret from us, and we only found out after my Mum and Dad had passed away. So we have very little information about this. I have been told by a cousin that Ian/Neil is a result of our mother and his cousin getting together at a wedding, but I do not know if this is true. I have only one surviving Aunt (My Mum’s Sister), and she has confirmed that Mum had Ian/Neil for about 6 weeks before he was adopted out. This occurred around 1947 or so in Mudgee NSW, after Mum’s father had passed away. I am unsure about any other circumstances, other than I know what My Mum was all about, and she would want her son to know she never wanted to give him up, as she told my Auntie before she passed away. I would like to be able to meet him and tell him he was loved, and not adopted because she did not want him. I would also like to get to know him, introduce him to his brothers, and their families. I would also like to introduce him to our Aunt and let him know we care.
472. KellyEd : I am looking for my birth mother or father, I know my mothers name was Donna Oakes now Kelly I think, her parents were Fay and Leslie and they lived at Gymea bay. I think my fathers name was Robert. The adoption happened in 1977

478. LilyAnn22 : I’m looking for a brother.
He was put up for adoption at his birth in 1979. I’m unsure exactly where the birth took place (other than in NSW) I only know that my mum was sent away to have the baby (she was 17).
The baby was given the name Justin, by my mum.
Born 29/6/1979, and would be 39 now.
I found out he existed when I was 14 (now 22). I have tried on and off to look, but after having my own child, it become even more important.
He has 6 siblings, who would love to meet him.
And 8 nieces and nephews, 2 being identical twins, born on his birthday this year.
480. Tomkit : I have been told I was born in the Paddington Womens Hospital NSW.
The people that adopted me where named Leslie Alida Tebble, maiden name Alkemade
and Arthur Ross Tebble. Bothe deceased.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
