I was never told that my Dad wasn’t my father. I can’t get answers from my family as my mother has Alzheimer’s and it would upset my Dad too much if I asked about my birth father.
I’m curious as to why my birth father split from my mother, and would like to know more about him am I like him and do I have family I’m not aware of.

He was about 20 years old in 1966, and had a sister named Patricia McDonald who was living in London at the time. My mother’s name at birth was Sarah Russell, and she was placed for adoption at Southwark Cathedral in London. Her birth mother’s name was Stella Russell.
