I was put through the adoption process by the local Church of England church. I know that my birth mother was unmarried and initially lived with her elder sister after I was born. Family pressure led to me being put up for adoption. I would like to know who my birth mother was and whether I have any siblings.

1537. MalcolmSewell : Marie E Toogood born at 4 Kings Road St Pancras. Mother was Violet Toogood born Scoggins . Birth was either in St Pancras Hospital or the workhouse attached. Application for adoption was made to Barnardos on 11th June 1928 two weeks after birth. Birth certificate has a note to say child was adopted.
The mother died 13th December 1931
There are 5 other siblings born in the 1920’s one of whom was adopted as well and was my father.

1540. Lesleyanne150457 : I am looking for relatives of Phylis May who was my grandmother. She gave birth to my mother‚ also called Phylis May in Lambeth Hospital 26/02/1935. Mum was abandoned in the hospital and then went to an orphanage before being adopted in 1942.
I have been told my grandmother was a chambermaid at The Savoy Hotel but there are no personnel records to prove this.
