He was born in Ealing hospital January 2001 and had the name of Stephen Elliot-Whelan after a about two years of court cases Stephen was put up for adoption my eldest daughter fought very hard to keep him with the family but due to issues with he’s parents this was unable to happen. I know Stephens adoption was handled by Uxbridge social services and he’s mothers name was Elizabeth Elliot and fathers name was Mark Stephen Whelan. My children are desperate to have Stephen back into their lives.

When she was born her birth mother names her Anne Shirley but he adoptive parents changed it to Shirley Anne. Her adoptive parents are called Stanley Hailstone and Joyce Hailstone.
