1193. SueBradley40 : The little girl’s name was Sandra, born 1955/6. She was adopted by my great aunt and uncle, Doris Fanny and Cecil Charles Woods when she was about 2 years old. They had no children of their own. They lived in Barnes, London and Cecil was an auctioneer.
The story goes was that when she grew up and got married she married a man who may have been Italian/Spanish and he ended up murdering her. That is all I can glean from other members of the family, only 3 family members so not very much to go on. Everything seems to have been hushed up.
I have been trying to trace me family tree for a long time and only heard about this little girl in the past couple of years. If she was officially adopted that makes her part of my family so needs to be traced like anyone else.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Regards, Sue Bradley.
