She always maintained that whilst in the Islington Childrens home she was called Sheila McGillicuddy. I have found a Sheila Catherine McGillicuddy born 23 August 1941 to Cornelius McGillicuddy and Mary Bridget McGillicuddy (Nee Kennedy) of Williamson Street Islington. On the copy birth certificate is shows adopted.
On FreeBMD I can find 3 other children born to McGillicuddy with mothers maiden name Kennedy around the same time. Bridget, Eileen & Michael

Her mother was rose Lillian Church, father Henry James Church. She lived with them at the time of her son (David church) birth and adoption in 1959 and 1960 at 157 Stafford Road, Ruislip Gardens. He was born in Hillingdon hospital. The adoption date was 8th July 1959.
1032. Lynkim : I am looking for my dads siblings. The only information on siblings names I have got from Ansestory.com So may not be correct. My dads birth name was David Church. Born in Hillingdon Hospital. His birth mothers name is Shirley Church. I have 2 different sources with 2 different sets of names. Firs are Mandy born 1959 and Anthony born 1965. The second is Graham, Raymond and Lorraine.
1034. Dave1975JB : Town of birth was Isleworth, West London. Born in West Middlesex hospital. Mothers Christian name is Margeretta, I believe my birth name was Christopher Ian Day. Possibly lady by the name of Mrs Seager handled the adoption.
1035. ChantalBeech : I know that my sister was given the name of Tracy on the birth certificate. She was born at the old Maternity Hospital, Widmore Road, Bromley (the hospital no longer exists). She was adopted on 9 October 1964 and the Registrar was F H McCarthey and the certificate also says "adopted E W Davies Superintendent Registrar".
