My brother has the same mother as me but different father. Both parents spent most of their life in Thunder Bay‚ Ontario. According to my mother‚ my brother was born on February 13th 1974 and at birth she named him Christian Ronald Blenkinsop. However‚ this information could be inaccurate. I’m an only child and I was not aware that I had a half brother until my late teens.

1446. Kristamystery : I’m looking for the son of Lila Marie Browne who was adopted out. Lila Marie is my grandmother - she had 6 children I believe with 4 different men - three of these were adopted out and three lived with her. If the three who lived with her I have discovered that through dna testing and speaking with them that one of the adopted out boys is my paternal link but no one knows what happened to him or where he went. I believe he still lived on Vancouver island as I was co conceived by chance at a campground there…my birthmother thinks his name was John. Assuming he was of similar age to her and Dna results - my search has led me here. He was born at Victoria Jubilee Hospital as was I years later. Please help if you can . I have been searching for 26 years to find out about him. His name was not recorded on my birth certificate.

The information a got back was that my real mothers name was Heather Connors and I believe she was 16 years old when she gave birth to me. The name given to me at birth I believe was Larry Connors. Not sure if I have the spelling correct. I believe Heather’s place of birth was Halifax‚ Nova Scotia Canada. Im interested in finding out more information of my background and genes. I would love to meet my birth mother or any siblings providing they would want the same. I’ve always thought of how hard it might have been for a 16 year old young girl to go through a pregnancy and then possibly wonder the rest of her life of how her son made out. He made out well :) I’m grateful she made the decision she did rather than possibly not allowing me to have a life at all. I hope she is well if she is still alive.
