He was brought home by his adoptive parents on January 13, 1970, his adoption was finalized September 30, 1970. His birth mother was 14years old and had a younger brother and sister. His birth father was 15 years old and had an older brother. We have his birth record number along with hand written information on his birth parents, their sibilings, likes in school and such but no other info. His adoptive parents did not have other children. They passed away in 2001 and 2003. He would love to find his birth parents however he fears rejection. I hope to find them and complete his heart.
