She became a ward of the state in northern bc between 1970-1972. A year and a half after she was born she was put into the child welfare system and was not adopted until she was 5. She was adopted in mission BC in 1975 from the BC governemnt, not a private facility. I want to know our background and find her bio family to learn about them.
