The birth mother is Suzanna Georgina Swift from Cambell River B.C. Norman adopted out to a couple that lived in a small comunity outside a big city. After adopted‚ because if a family accident (possibly fatal car) Normans parents also adopted the child that lost her parents in the accident. I think the adopted sister was a couple years older than norman and was actually the neice of normans adopted parents. The adoption was through social services and pictures and letters were exchanged before the adoption was fialized. The adoption was actually postponed so that Suzanna was able to obtain a portrait of Norman at 6 months.
