My Grand parents owned a hotel in Little Fort British Columbia, my Mom ended up giving birth in the hotel then was driven to Clearwater British Columbia to the hospital. My Mom had to be put to sleep in order for her placenta to be taken out because it would not come out on its own. When she woke up her baby was gone. My Mothers name when my sister was born was Brenda Lee Campbell.
