1711. Stephster17 : Looking for a half sister that was given up for adoption. Mothers name was Nancy Anderson and father was George Victor Crewe. Would have been born in Vancouver or lower mainland area of BC
1712. BabyStrong : Hello‚ You were born in early April at a hospital in Dawson Creek or Fort St. John. I believe you were given to a family in Fort St. John. Your birth mother is Nikki Strong. The father was not known for certain and possibly you are my granddaughter as people told us your hair turned red like my sons. I tried to have DNA testing done but was denied by your birth mother. Your father (if you have red hair) wanted you very much but struggled with addiction and was not able to contest your adoption without DNA due to his mental state. I pray that your home was loving and that your mother did the right thing. I am here in Dawson Creek still most likely ( I am posting this in May of 2026) and you would be only 2 and a bit months old. If you are searching I am here. I would have taken you into my home and loved and raised you had I been given a choice.
1713. IslandLyss : I am looking for my half sister that I only just learned of.
She was born in Victoria BC and given up for adoption as a newborn‚ right from the hospital.
I would love to know if she is alive and lived a good life.
1714. Sharper88 : Looking for a female born at the Moncton hospital in 1971.
Birth name was Katherine Barbra Jean.
Possibly June July August
Assumed adopted in NB but unsure.
1715. JoAnnCuzzetto : My birth mother is Sandra Lorene Simpson she was 16 when I was born‚ she was in the care of the ministry at that time. I was born at VGH and was taken away from my mom when I was approximately 6 months old 🤗 My maiden name was Jo-Ann Roberta Elphinstone‚ birth name was Tina Leah Avril Simpson. I know I was taken and have no I'll feelings towards my birth mother 🫶 would love to meet any siblings as well 🤗
1717. Shannon1968 : I am looking for my half brother I didnt know I had‚ he was put up for adoption as a new born. He was born at the Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster BC Canada on March 31 1971. He weighed 6lbs 13oz. We have the same mother she won't give me any info shes scared if I find him it will disrupt his life‚ but I would really love to find him. He may have been adopted by a couple in White Rock who already had adopted a little girl first. His lastname at birth if given one would of been Chahley or maybe Selzler.
1718. JaniceHYuk0n : Our birth mother was Josephine Netro She was from Old Crow‚ Yukon. She lived in Whitehorse. You may have reached out and contacted one of our aunties several years ago‚ but as you were speaking with the Aunt‚ you decided to hang up.
I was given up for adoption in Vancouver at Grace Hospital. Another sister was born in White Horse and given up for adoption in Yukon Territory. Your brother was born in Fort St. John BC. He and our youngest sister were kept by our Mother.
Your birthdate‚ year and month are unknown to us at this time. I had to put something in the form.
There are four sisters and a deceased brother in your birth family. Three of your sisters were adopted out‚ including yourself.
1720. Kadrain : My mom had a baby boy around the age of 16 in Wally/Surrey British Columbia. I do not have many details however I was told that the baby had been adopted to a family in the Kootenay region of BC.
1722. Darlenefrank : i have re-connected with my birth mother (who was from England) and it has been an incredibly wonderful life changing experience. i would love to connect with my father's side but i do wonder if i am a skeleton in his closet. Completely understandable and i certainly hold no grudges. I know that my birth father was stationed at Lulu Island (Richmond)‚ B.C. and was with the RCAF as a navigator. Through some searches online‚ i believe i have a half brother and half sister‚ but unless they know about me and are searching for me‚ i do not wish to disrupt their lives. i live in a world of complete gratitude.
1723. CJB24 : I was born at the Grace hospital in Vancouver February 24‚1968. I am looking for my birth mother. I believe the surname of my birth father was Joli.
1724. MandyJay : I do not know the actual birthday for this person. All I know is there is anecdotal evidence of a baby named Dorothy Sterling born to my great-grandmother in 1929. The baby would have to have been born January-March in order for the rest of the family history to work out.
1725. Alexismadeline97 : I am looking for a half sibling‚ a female who is half black‚ in British Columbia‚ Canada‚ who would’ve been born around 1998-2001. And who was taken by social services from my mother. I was also taken by social services‚ but my dad got custody a few years after. I currently help care for our mom‚ I only just found out she had another baby‚ so I would love to connect. We live in the lower mainland area.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
