She was attending school but worked at Nelson Brothers/BC Packers fishing cannery in Port Edward in the summer of 1968 when I was concieved. My birth father is Brian Soon who also worked at the (same?) cannery in summer 1968. My mother gave me a name and dropped off a pink knitted baby cape which I still have. I was adopted by an amazing Chinese couple and raised with love and integrity. I am thankful and wish to thank my birth mom for making a difficult choice. I also want to know my Japanese heritage. Please help me locate my mom. I did an active search and she had filed a veto for contact in 1970s. I hope that she has changed her mind or her reasons are changed. Please help.

The hoital I was born in burnt down. On the adoption forms Marilyn put down Box 100 Savona B.C. I contacted the band office but didn't recognize my unique story. Which is my father robbed a store and went to jail and that's why I was given up at 2 months old. Thanks
