871. Sharpshooter303 : Hi, I’m looking for my brother that was adopted. He was born on Vancouver Island in Nanaimo. His first name was Cameron at birth.
872. SandraLyn : My mother gave birth in New Westminster, BC . My father was a married man with two daughters, I believe, and my mother had an eleven month old son with him whom she did not give up for adoption. So I have a full brother eleven months older and some 1/2 siblings.
My mother came from a large, Catholic family and was not originally from BC. I believe she was 23 when she had me. She named me Sandra Lyn.
873. Ashley-ann : I’m looking for my fathers biological family. He was born Feb 26th 1973 his adopted name was Jason Steve Williams. He was taken from adoptive parents young and placed in foster care along with a sister that I believe was also adopted but not a biological sibling to my father and taken from the same family.
874. Saleen : Hello. I am looking for my biological father. I was born in Vancouver General Hospital, in Vancouver, British Columbia on April 22, 1965. I was put into foster care immediately and adopted a year later. My biological mother was Judy Tull and she was approximately 15 when I was born. She was living in Trail, British Columbia, Canada at the time
875. Ward69 : I was born at Lions Gate Hospital North Vancouver. I have a brother and sister within 3yrs of my age that I’m seeking. I was sent a letter from them around 8yrs old which was lost in a flood before I could respond. As far as i know my mother by birth passed away mid 70s.
878. Iwas15 : I grew up in south Burnaby and my baby was delivered at home. I list 1970 as year of birth but it could have been 1969 to 1971. I don’t know what arrangements my parents made for my child and I was never given any information about the adoption. I always thought my baby had died. I do have my DNA on 23andme and MyHeritage. I think that might be the only way my child might discover me.
879. Jleew : My daughter was born at grace hospital in vancouver. The adoption papers were signed in Burnaby. She was 8lbs 11oz at birth. Born by caesarean section.
881. KDC94 : My sister was born in Prince Rupert on March 21, 1972. She was taken away from our mother, who was a teen at the time, as soon as she was born. We would love to find and meet her.
884. Jironchild : Your name at birth murray, unsure if still is. Bm is Ola Eashappie, BF Murray Ironchild. You would be late 40’s. Born in regina SK adopted from saskatoon. You are F.N moved out of province sometime after adoption by your foster parents? I’m your youngest sister & I’ve been praying all my life to meet you!
885. Baby_sharren : I am looking for my sibling that was born to my mother Jackie-Sharren Dingwall in 1955/56 somewhere in BC, most likely Vancouver. I recently discovered through family tree research and in talking to my Uncle (mom’s brother) and Aunt, that my mom gave birth to a child when she was 15, after having been sent to a "home for wayward girls" to have the baby in secrecy. I don’t know anything more about the child, male or female, exact date or place of birth, or who the father was .. above is all the information I know.
Brother or sister - I know in my heart you are out there somewhere, and I want you to know that you have 6 more siblings to call your own, that we all love you even though we don’t know you yet, and that we are all anxious to find you.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
