1441. Angel69127 : I am searching for my grandma’s oldest sister. She was born in Oregon in 1919 but I don’t know if that is where the adoption took place. Her birth mom’s family originated from Virginia or West Virginia. Her birth mom died July 6, 1919. The name on the records I’ve found show her birth name as Marie Lois Hodges.
1442. Sancha : I was born in Dyer County TN on February 15th 1966. I am a female. My birthmom was said to be 27 and have auburn hair. That’s all I know of her.
1446. Linpec : I am getting older as will my brother also we are both over 65 and if we are going to meet it needs to be soon. I will be over the moon to meet him. The name given to him was Gordan Dale Lough.
1447. SunnyApril : I am looking for my brother born on St Patrick’s Day in Hennepin County Minnesota. Most likely at Hennepin County General Hospital. Placing agency was Lutheran Children’s Friend Society (Lutheran Social Service). Most likely birthdate is 17 Mar 1965. Birth mother’s last name is Johnson. Unsure of bio dad’s name or what was put on the birth certificate. St Patrick’s day 1965 in Minneapolis was a huge blizzard.
1451. Kskaggs21 : I am searching for my great grandmothers birth history and can’t seem to find anything as she was adopted. Her name was Delia Irene Carter/Skaggs/Glidden/Simmons. Her son was Kenneth Skaggs, Bruce Allen Skaggs and her ex husband was William Simmons and Robert Skaggs. Thank you.
1452. Jackcross : My mother was Nancy Kay Worsham cross I am looking for my biological father Phillip Heinz of the us navy lived in Florida in the 1970s
1453. Tabitha0911 : My dad Monroe was stationed in San Diego California with the US Marines in either 1973-1975 (?). He had claimed that he met a woman while in the marines‚ who became pregnant with his child. The only name that was ever mentioned was Jacqueline “Jackie”. My grandmother Ola had a picture of this little girl it was black and white‚ and on the bottom it said Jacqueline “Jackie” Morris. I cannot remember for sure but she was around the age of 2 or 3 with dark hair‚ & I believe had a dress on with a crochet shawl on‚ if I remember correctly. My dad was from southern Illinois at the time of his entry‚ although born in Caruthersville‚ MO. He enlisted into the Marine Corps at 17-18yrs of age. My dad has passed and I have no further information. I’ve included his Marine photo and hope that this may trigger a response.
1455. Aksharp : Hello! My name is Ashley‚ though I was born as Alesica Dionne Shelton in Memphis‚ Tennessee‚ about forty-two years ago. I believe I was born at City of Memphis Hospital (now Regional One) and that my adoption was arranged privately through a Memphis attorney who is now deceased.
From what I understand‚ I was placed shortly after birth‚ and the adoption was handled entirely in the Memphis area. I’m hoping to connect with anyone who may recognize these details‚ including possible family members.
I’m not looking to intrude‚ just to learn more about my beginnings and‚ hopefully‚ bring a little peace and connection to both sides.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
