Upon finding my birth family I was told that my birth mother had placed a second child for adoption as well. It is believed that it was done in or around 1983 but that has not been confirmed. I was told the child was a female however‚ again that can not be confirmed. My birth mother passed prior to me finding her which is the reason these questions can not easily be answered.

25. Stpttrsn : I am trying to help my husband find his biological father, who probably does not know he exists. He was born in Shelby County, Memphis, TN to a Kirkpatrick couple, though we discovered recently that is NOT his father. We know his biological mother’s name & info. We have done Ancestry DNA & come up with a close match to a Dunning family. We’re thinking it’s his paternal side, but cannot seem to reach anyone there. He doesn’t necessarily want to be in contact at this time. He would just love to simply know a name & what his father looks like.
