2207. Rowancoop : I'm looking for my adopted sister who was given up at birth without my father's consent. She was born 10/14/1991 and was given Sarah Ann Bailey as her name. Our father‚ and our two half brothers have sadly passed away in recent years‚ and I'm just trying to find my sister I never got to meet. She was born in Memphis TN. I'm honestly not sure of the hospital‚ and I honestly wish I knew more.
2208. Crystal114 : Hi. I’m looking for my son Julian Brown‚ who was adopted in Memphis‚ TN. I’m not sure what year he was adopted in‚ but I know it was well after 2012. He is 20 years old‚ will be 21 in January 2026. I miss my baby so much and the way he was taken from me ripped my heart out.. I love you Julian‚ and I won’t stop looking for you!!
2209. Nastushe4ka : My name is Anastasia Yakovleva‚ born July 22‚ 2001‚ living in Saint Petersburg‚ Russia. I am registering to search for my biological sister.
Her name is Victoria Yakovleva‚ born November 21‚ 2004. According to the records I have‚ she was in Psychoneurological Orphanage No. 6 in Saint Petersburg‚ Russia‚ in 2006‚ and she left the institution on March 12‚ 2009‚ with a note indicating that she was adopted in the United States.
Her adoptive parents‚ according to my information‚ are U.S. citizens and possibly medical professionals (cardiologists). Unfortunately‚ I do not know the state where she was adopted or her current location.
Our parents:
Mother — Anastasia Yakovleva‚ born August 16‚ 1975‚ deceased January 4‚ 2005
Father — Dmitry Borisovich Tupitsyn (Nikolaev)‚ born July 26‚ 1974‚ deceased September 28‚ 2012
I am her only living biological sibling and can provide documents confirming our relationship if required. My goal is to legally and safely locate my sister and‚ if possible‚ establish contact with her adoptive parents‚ so they may voluntarily share information about her well-being or allow communication with me.
I am not requesting any confidential medical information or private details without the consent of the adoptive parents. I only seek guidance and assistance in connecting with her through legal and ethical channels.
Any help‚ advice‚ or recommendations you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much for your attention.
Sincerely‚
Anastasia Yakovleva
