1562. Sissy1 : My sister was adopted after she was an adult to correct her school records to the correct last name. She was enrolled in School as Karen Hollis but her birth certificate says Springston. She was married at the time her married name is Meeks. So she was adopted after she was an adult.
1568. CrystalBarnosky : Taylor I’m your big sister. I met you for the first time when you were little. I spent the summer with you and then I never seen you again. Dad moved to Tennessee that summer. I have been looking for you for so many years. I love you.
1569. Donaldmoore91 : william thomas allen was born ic carroll county, tennessee. He was adopted by William (Bill) moore before 1900. trying to find out if this happened or not.
1570. George771 : I am looking for my daughter annabelle. Her last name used to be Kerley but am sure that’s changed since adoption. She was born June 2012 and was adopted by a lady name Donna along with two other siblings that are not my children. She was adopted in 2014 or so in crossbills Tennessee I would assume
1571. Awhyder : Looking for my biological Great Grandparents and family extending. My maternal grandmother, Jane, was adopted at the age of 2 in Cleveland, TN. I know she had a sister named Pauline and a niece named Paula. Would love any help regarding making this connection.
1573. Shauncey : Hi There! My name is Shauncey and my mother, Toni was adopted and we’ve never met or known her biological parents. I’d love to help her find her parents/my grandparents! My mother has not always been open to this search but those ever important questions at the doctor office of "your family’s medical history" are starting to become glaring holes for us both, and now she is all in.
My mother was born July 6, 1966 in Knoxville, TN but I’m not sure if that is accurate because there was also mention of an adoption agency in Miami, Florida and even her being born in Virginia. My mother, Toni grew up in Fort Myers, FL, where she still resides. Her adopted parents were Bessie and Robert Washington. If there is anything else I can provide to help on this quest, I’m more than happy to do so! Super thankful, Shauncey
1574. Kmanning2970 : I was told I was born at John Gadsden Hospital in Nashville TN to a 17 yr old. Only known family illnesses were tuberculosis in an elderly grandparent.
1575. Jward722 : When I was 18 and away at college I gave a baby girl away. I was going to TSU in Nashville. I used Small World Adoption Agency. They told me that they named her Madison and maybe used my 1st or middle name as hers. My name is Jacqulyn LaRue ward. I received pics 2 times but I have not seen her face in photos since she was 13. I have asked throughout the years since I got the last set of photos for updated one but no luck. Before she turned 18 I tried really hard to get some info from small world but they were very unhelpful. I really want her to know I have always thought of her and believed that I was making the right decision. I want o meet her and know her and be a source of love for her even though I didn’t know how to before.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
