She never saw her dead or alive. She wasn’t awake when She had the baby. She was gonna name her Stephanie. The hospital was Bryce mental hospital Tuscaloosa‚ Alabama. She never received a death certificate. There wasn't a funeral.

She delivered at Baptist Medical Center in Memphis Tennessee and gave up the baby for adoption. My sister’s name at that time was Penny Lyn Gibson . She named her daughter Kimberly Kay Gibson which I am sure was changed. I am her aunt and am helping my sister continue to search for her. I am a retired Ob nurse of 32 years and know from my work how there is an emptiness in a child’s life that can’t be filled until they know where they came from. I want her to know she comes from a family with lots of aunts and uncles that love her. My mom and dad have passed and were great parents.
