1359. BKCCooper : My mom, Peggy Jeanette Raynes Crisp (b. 4-4-1931 - still living) lived in or around the Nashville, Davidson County, TN area at the time my half-sibling was born. My mom was an unmarried minor at the time she became pregnant during a relationship with a much older married man. I do not know this man’s name, but, I believe he passed away in or around the Nashville, Davidson Co., TN area sometime between 1960 and 1970 . My grandmother (Jeanette’s mom), Mildred Irene Stephens- Raynes-Haley would have most likely been the one to handle the adoption procedure. My mom, Jeanette Raynes Crisp, currently lives with me. She will not tell me any specific details other than she had a child who was placed into adoption very soon after the child was born. I am just concerned for the half-sibling for whom I am searching. I don’t even know if they are still alive. But, I want to help with reconciliation and healing for both my mom and the child while (if) my half-sibling is still alive.

Our Father and their Mother were living at the Ronald McDonald House here in Tucson when she was born they are a foundation that helps financially challenged family’s, they were Homeless at the time so they provided a safe place to stay before during and after the birth of my sister.
Our Father and their Mother Sharin moved to Murfreesboro,Tennessee with them and they left all 3 of their kids with my older half sister Pati Zills was supposed to babysit for the day and never went back to get them ..after about 1 1/2 months my sister could no longer meet their needs she had 2 daughters of her own she was financially struggling to raise so she had to give them to foster care..I’m unsure what happened to Daniel and Kayla but my sister claims Sarita got adopted by a family that already had a few children all with names starting with J. So they changed her name to Jessica and thats all I know.
