I believe that he was adopted within the first year of his birth. He was born at Baptist Hospital in Nashville‚ Tennessee. they were divorced they had a 3rd child Solomon who passed away as a baby they were living in ky at the time but later had his body moved to Phils home in TN which is now his and Solomon’s resting place
Phil died in a car accident in East TN in December of 1999 and they were put up for adoption supposedly adopted by their mothers family up north lines were crossed on the memory of which state iowa illinois Ohio
but its unknown for a fact just word of mouth that thats who adopted them
but they have a half brother here in TN that would like to know them he was a newborn when Phil died all he has is the few photos his mom managed to save of micheal sheri and Phil
