Joseph Jean-Pierre Asselin‚ born at Rosemont Hospital‚ Montreal‚ Quebec ‚ 21-11-1968. Bp: 22 April 1969 (church/town unknown) Joseph Jean-Pierre was premature at 7 1/2 months. My mother was 35 years old‚ she was a maid‚ and she kept me for about 6 months. After that I was placed for adoption‚ moved to the Caribbean with his new parents‚ and now lives in the Netherlands.He has been in contact with the Centre de Jeunesse in Montreal‚ and has gotten no further info. is there anyone who can help me
920. Bronte111 : My birth mother. All I know is that her first name is Janet. She called me Vunken. I was put into foster care in Montreal Canada when I was 2 yrs old. I was born in February 1973. No one know who my birth father was. Apparently I have older half siblings‚ 3 are in Germany‚ taken there by their father. One girl was adopted in Nova Scotia. Apparently Janet had a brother who was a lawyer‚ also in Nova Scotia. I was adopted when I was 7 years old but had been in foster care since I was 2 years old. I lived in Chomedey.
I barely remember what Janet looked like‚ I think she was tall with blond hair. I was told she had mental health issues. I am the youngest of all the kids.

Twenty plus years ago I did speak with a Catherine Booth employee who had the proper documents in front of her but would not release any information to me‚ even though I provided them with all the information they required in order to release it...at the last moment they refused which was heart breaking.

927. 104258 : Looking for my adopted son‚ Thomas Leo nee Fierce‚ born Sept. 8‚ 1971‚ at St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver‚ BC. He had blonde hair and blue eyes. Thomas was about 1 1/2 years old when I placed him in foster care through the Batshaw Youth and Family Centres in Montreal‚ Que.‚ in January of 1973. His foster parents later adopted him. They had one child of their own‚ also a boy. I was told that the father was a contractor in the construction field‚ and that the mother worked in health care and was interested in pottery‚ crafts‚ artistic pursuits. I was also told that Thomas would be told about me when he was old enough to understand. Thomas has a half-brother and half-sister who would be very interested in welcoming him into our family circle.
After speaking on the phone several times‚ Thomas moved to Winnipeg‚ Manitoba‚ where he found a job. He met my Mom and a couple of my brothers. When I told him that I was going to visit the Philippines‚ he took off and no one has seen him or heard from him since. I am 75 years old‚ living in Surrey‚ BC‚ and would like to see my son while I still can.

I was told that my Birth fathers name is Johnny and he was indigenous and Diana couldn’t remember his last name. He was from a reserve in New Brunswick and had a younger brother. She told me‚ she lied on my birth certificate about my birth father because she wanted me to be given to a good home and if she put down that my birth father was indigenous‚ I wouldn't get adopted because people didn't like indigenous people at that time.
I have not had any contact with Diana since summer of 1992 and did try searching for her but have not been able to locate her. I have an older half brother named Kevin Weinmeister‚ born March 22‚ 1963. I have tried contacting him for information about my birth mother but haven't been able to connect.
