253. 252009 : I am searching for my birth mother. I was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on Oct-21-1966. I have the adoption order from the court (#004338). My original name was Shari May Spicer. Through correspondence with the Children’s Aid Society, I was able to obtain a photocopy of my birth mother’s birth certificate: her name is Shirley Isabel Spicer and was born in Australia. She lived at 881 Bathurst Street in Toronto, Ontario at the time. From Vital Statistics Act in the Province of Ontario, on the statement of birth, the document number at the top right is 106333 and the registration number at bottom right is 18818(if that is of any help). She had 3 children before me.
