106. MarieThereseVarin : My younger brother, Willie, 2 years old and I, 3 years old were taken to the Creche d’Youville Orphanage in Montreal around May 1950. After my adoption, my new parents were getting many calls from the Grey Nuns, begging them to adopt my twin brother.
Willie was adopted the 2nd day and he passed away trying to rescue a 6 year old girl in a lake, both drowned when he was 20 years old.
I believe my twin might have been placed there after birth and was still there when we arrived in 1950. I don’t want to find him too late. I found my unmarried parents too late. I found many cousins and a few Aunts and Uncles. I’ll never give up searching. Please help me. My biological name is Marie Therese Varin, my mother was Marie Aurore Rollande Varin, Father, Joseph Aurele Beaulieu. We were born in the St. Timothee, Valleyfield, Beauharnois, just on the other side of Montreal, Canada.
