421. LatulippeJF : My husbands birth mothers name is à jeannette Boudreau, she gave birth to him at La Crèche De Youville in Montreal, Qc on August 31 1969. I am looking for my biological mother, who would have been a student at the University of British Columbia when she got pregnant and left school in late 1966 or early 1967.
I have located my birth father and family in British Columbia and Norway. I believe my birth mother would have also been of Norwegian / Swedish descent as my DNA profile indicates this yo be likely.
425. Roxyrolla14 : I am looking for any possible members of my mothers biological family.
Unfortunately, my mom passed away in 1995 and I was too young to discuss her adoption.
The following details are all that I have been provided with. She was born at Grace Hospital in Ottawa on February 11th, 1963. Her given name was Gisele Rose Clermont. Her mother was between 16 and 17 yrs old.
If anyone has any information that may be helpful I would love to hear from you! Thank you.
427. GaryMcAuley : My sister was born at a Catholic Nuns house called Misericordia Hospital in Montreal Quebec. My mother’s alias name, as an unwed pregnant patient, was Shirley Turpin and her family’s last name was Hughes. The baby’s birth name is believed to be Caroline and both her parents were married 4 years later in 1957. We are 3 children and Caroline is a full sister to us. It has been a long time secret of my parents and relatives and we have been searching for approx 15 years since the secret was revealed. I hope you are able to help.
Thank You,
Gary McAuley
428. Helenmorar : I believe I was born in Montreal Quebec. I was given birth date of Dec 12 1946 but I believe Dec 12 is not correct. Likely closer to holiday time in Dec. I think but not sure that I may have been born in a Doctors office where Jewish Doctors and
Jewish Lawyers were involved. I think the birth was sudden my adopted parents were not prepared it was Christmas holiday season and they had to put me in a drawer. It is possible my birth mother was told she had a boy. Possibly. It is possible my birth mother had to change her name to a Jewish sounding name that is if she was not a Jew. I believe I have some relation to the Adams family from New Brunswick and Maine. I am 74% Irish Scottish 25% Wales England Sweden and 1% northern Jewish. I am on Ancestry as well as Family Tree DNA. My adoptive parents named me Barbara Ellen but never called me that. I was always know as Bonnie.

431. Danabilancio1 : I was born in Quebec City, Canada in a Catholic Orphanage. I do not know much. According to the papers that were given to my adopted parents my birth mother was 4th of 10 children. Her parents were born around 1905-1910. My birth mother had blue eyes. My birth father had brown eyes like me. He enjoyed music. My mother was born around 1946 and my father around 1948. They were not married when I was born.
432. MarieDiane13 : I was adopted through the St Hyacinthe Diocese and with the aid of Reverend Father Palmer..apparently my birth mother was 16 at time and father was much older 28 I believe ..my last name may or may not of been Bernier and my mothers name may or may not have been Diane....I have been told 2 versions..one that I was in orphanage when adopted at 6 mths the other was they picked me up on the farm in St Hyacinthe. My grandmother handed me over...thats where the Bernier name comes in...my baptism cert shows I was baptized 3 days after my birth and my adoptive parents and their friends (my godparents) names and signatures are on cert..so I find it hard to believe I was adopted from an orphanage at 6mths old when my docs show this info.
