His birth mother died in 1991 at the age of 60 of either L’Ataxie de Charlevoix-Saguenay.
We have been informed that there were two children placed for adoption before Joe, by Therese, and have been in contact with one 1/2 brother by her born after Joe and also placed for adoption.
The birth father was not aware that Joe existed. He has many known children that he raised or help raise. We do not know if there were any placed for adoption that he does not know about.
We believe his birth family is from the general area around Saguenay, Alma, Quebec City, Canada.
