865. Jobyzmom : HI‚ I am looking for my sister‚ who was born approximately 5 years before I was‚ (1967) to my mother Barbara Jean Mainprize ‚ and her father was ’Tommy Bisset’. ( I am not sure on spelling of father’s name but they dated in Greenfield Park briefly when she was 15.) I do not know her birthdate‚ but know she was given up for adoption at birth. I would love to connect and get to know her‚ and in no way want to disrupt nor cause any drama in her life. I have wanted to reach out always‚ but have hesitated because adoption was a very private thing back then. She was given the name of Bev...or Beverly (?) . My mother was from Greenfield Park and Bev was born at the local hospital there‚ as was I in 1967.

866. Jessiekhandakar : hii!! 🎀 i’m searching for my birth parents‚ but mostly my birthmother. i was born on may 19th 2007 and i’m indian although i was born in montreal‚ quebec canada. my adoptive parents named me jaya jessica raboin‚ but i go by jessie khandakar on social media and in school. i’m in high school right now and i’m 16 by the way :) my adoptive parents never got to find out what her name was‚ but they did know her family name was khandakar. if you’re wondering why i go by jessie though‚ it’s because my birthmother apparently named me jesse when i was born. yes‚ i said jesse‚ and not jessie. so you’re probably asking yourself "then why go by jessie if she named you jesse?". well first off‚ i don’t know why‚ but ever since i was a kid i always loved the name jessie. keep in mind that i didn’t know that my birthmother had named me by that exact same name yet! I found out about that when i was 9. anyway‚ the second reason is because i got bullied a lot in primary for having the name "jaya" to the point where I started hating it. third of all‚ i created a youtube channel at the age of 9 behind my adoptive parent’s back were i went as "jaya jessie". those videos are definitely still up😂 as you can imagine‚ it was a really weird coincidence to my adoptive parents when i kept telling them how much i loved the name jessie‚ so my mom then told me that my birthmother actually named me that‚ but just spelt differently. it was a very emotional moment that i will forever cherish :) those are the reasons why i go by what i go by today. it was always very hard for me to find a sense of belonging growing up. a sense of closure. but what was even harder‚ was to discover who i was as a person. finding my true identity has always been the biggest challenge for me growing up‚ even till this day. i truly do believe that finding her will fully make me understand‚ accept‚ and be at peace with myself. ❤️‍🩹
