A Few of Our Members Currently Searching Within South Carolina Who Chose To Be Featured
1231. Khawkins1318 : I am looking for my sister. My mom gave her up at Greenville General Hospital in Greenville South Carolina. My mom wanted her to go to a christian family with siblings. My mom believes she has a brother.
1232. Sky2004 : I’m the mother to the adopted child’s half sister and I’m trying to help her locate her half brother. They obviously have the same father.
The adopted boy, Mason, was adopted shortly after his mother gave birth. She didn’t want a reminder of her affair with my husband (ex husband now). She told me she was giving Mason to her cousins whom lived outside of Illinois (where we all live) in a different state. I don’t remember the state she told me tho because that was 12-13 years ago.
I think my daughter deserves to know her one and only step sibling. And she wants to know him, too!
When college time comes along for both of them, I don’t want them to meet and fall in love and end up finding out too late that they are siblings. Mason’s mother, Mandy, shouldn’t want that either.
I think Mandy is afraid that if I find Mason, I will tell him about his real dad and what a narcissist he is and that Mandy doesn’t want her son to ever meet his birth father.
1233. Kimmcgill2 : My siblings are twins. Boy and Girl. Born January 24 1983. It was a private adoption. The date of birth may have changed from the the new parents. If you have a twin sibling please message me. Absolutely think of my siblings everyday.
1234. Mscoop1085 : I was born on 10/12/1985 in Greenville, South Carolina. I believe the hospital was Greenville Memorial hospital. I was adopted to a family through Bethany Christian Services. LooKing for my birth mother or birth father. Thank you so much.
1235. Darlend : Miracle I love you I always have. I could not take care of you and I wanted you to have a beautiful childhood and life. You have a sister Lori Davis and a brother Austin Owen,
mama love you
1236. Hillc : Pastor of a Baptist Church in a border town of SC connected the adopted parents with our child. He was born on February 27 th 1997 in Augusta GA. At University hospital. May have been MCG. We called him Drew but no birth certificate was signed. He was pre mature and was in an incubator. He was adopted immediately. Maybe a few days later.
The adoptive parents were friends of the Pastor. Possibly from Florida where he went to School at Stetson College or Seminary at Southern Baptisit Theology Seminary. It was a closed adoption. Donna and I both hope our birth son is ok and have good parents. We were young kids and felt really conflicted and pressured about the whole thing. But we were told it would be for the best. We trust the community of people we had talking to us. We wish the best for him and would like to touch base with him, if he also would want this. Thank you
1237. Ss1349 : Richland County, Columbia, S.C. Birth Mother was 18. The nursing Staff named the newborn boy "Baby Michael." Baby Michael was turned over to the S.C. dept. of Public Welfare, until 02/09/1965, when he was placed in the foster home of Reginald & Ethel K. Guptill, in Clemson, S.C. The Guptill’s adopted Baby Michael on 05/05/1966.
1238. Shannonbonilla27 : I gave birth to at Trident hospital in Charleston South Carolina. You have a brother named Jerry Kinney he is 3 years younger than you but he has known about you since he’s been old enough to understand what I was saying. We both have dreamed of finding you. My name was Shannon Godwin, it is now Shannon Bonilla. We love you and would love to meet you
1239. SomberRose : I remember seeing something that said I was born in a hospital in Florence‚ South Carolina. I’m not sure what the name of the hospital is‚ but I was told that I do have other siblings. I’m 28 years old.. I know that the adoption happened through Bethany’s Christian Services.

Our biological mother is Kristen Sansbury and prior to foster care placement we were living with Jessica my father’s significant other due to his arrest. My biological father’s name is Nick Scott. Jessica placed my brother and I in the care of the state and we were later separated and adopted into different families.
1243. Youji : Searching for my mother’s whom is now deceased, birth parents My grandparents. I want to know who my maternal & paternal grands are. Not trying to force a relationship but would like to know to whom we belong.
1244. Travis79 : I was 15 16 years old and she was 20. She got pregnant and I saw her once when She was like 7 or 8 months along. Her name is Heather June Scott I think she married to a Smith. Her mothers name is Paula June Smith. they lived in Rockhill SC.
