1646. Ceilmc : You were born January 19‚ 1975 at MUSC Hospital in Charleston SC. The adoption service I used was Catholic Charities. They had me registered in my file and on birth records with an alias‚ Joni Wilson. They said it was for my protection but it was really to make your records harder to find. They were sealed at the time. I went to court on February 19‚1975 to sign away my rights‚ the single hardest day of my life. I hope you find me. I’ve been searching for years.
1647. Ceilmc : You were born in Charleston SC at MUSC Hospital on January 19‚ 1975. My court hearing to sign away my rights to you was 1 month later on Feb. 19‚ 1975. Catholic Charities was the agency used. I was told by my caseworker that you were placed with your family within a few days of your birth. On my file with them they used an alias for me‚ Joni Wilson. This would make my true identity harder to find. The records were sealed under that name. They let me name you at the hospital. I named you Joshua Shane. Your last name would have been Wilson. ( It should be listed this way on your original birth certificate and other paperwork).

She was born in Spartanburg‚ South Carolina at the General Hospital on North Church St. We have Josephine’s original birth certificate and recently uncovered divorce paperwork of her parents that confirm she was adopted "by other people". She may have stayed in the Greenville area.
