1182. Skeith92 : My mother was born in Spartanburg‚SC on April 30‚ 1959. She had to have surgery as an infant. After she was released from the hospital‚ she was in an orphanage somewhere near Spartanburg until she was about 6 months old. They called her baby Nan at the orphanage.
We don’t really know anything about her birth family. My grandfather did say at one point he thought he saw that the mother would’ve been around 30 and that she might have had three other sons.
