We had to do this because of circumstances beyond our control. We named him Jason Paul. His mother’s last name was Skinner and his father’s last name is Whitlock. Jason is Caucasian and at time of birth he had blonde hair and blue eyes. I listed myself in the South Carolina reunion register in 1999. I have had no communication from the family that adopted him.
