My brother Jonathan was born at the Florence Crittenton Home in Charleston, SC. My mother wanted very badly to keep him but she was young and not married to my father. Shortly after his birth they were married and she has looked for him her entire life. I’m just here trying to find him so that she can have a bit of peace.

Our mothers name is Cheryl Amaker and our fathers name is Victor Stevenson but I’m not sure if his name is on the birth certificate. I’m not sure of anything else. I remember being young going they my great grandmothers photo albums and there was a Olan Mills picture of a dark skinned baby girl that looked exactly like me. The picture stood out because I’ve seen everybody else at least one time or another that were in her albums Or were told who others were but never this little girl. And it was the only picture her.
