886. LouiseA76 : My name is Louise. Born Louise Anne Campbell 3rd July 1976 in Edinburgh. Looking for my birth father and also siblings.
887. Ajp47 : If you were born David Bruce Raymond, at Bellshill hospital, 6/3/67
your two half brothers and myself your birth mother would love to hear from you, we do not wish to interfere in your life, just to know you are o.k.
890. JacquiH : Judith Mulligan was born on the 19/01/1961, in Maryfield Hospital Dundee, the adoption took place in Edinburgh, through the Scottish Association for the Adoption of Children. Her birth mums name was Pauline Mulligan.
894. AnnScotland : My name is Janne Berlie and I am a 42 y.o. woman, half Scottish, half Norwegian, living in Oslo, and I am desperately hoping to find my half-brother. He is my Scottish father’s son, who was born in Scotland, in Ayrshire (Prestwick town, I think) and was adopted, possibly to a family in the States, when my father was 18 or 19 years old (1967/1968), so he would be 52 or 53 years old today. My father’s name is Roy Berlie. As far as I am aware, the adoption was a decision which was made by the birthmother’s parents, without my father or the birth mother’s say, due to their daughter’s young age (I think she was only 17). All I know about her is that she was my father’s first love (they were a couple), her first name is Dorothy (called ’Dot’) and that she used to be a dancer when she was young. My father (who is now 71) has talked about their son to me, over the years, and I know that losing him has always been a great sorrow for him. I’ve always wished to some day meet and get to know my half-brother and so has my sister, Catherine (35 y.o.), and also of course for my dad to get the chance to meet/find him. Thank you for any help.

I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
