We think BF might be from Alton, Staffordshire England. My mother (Fay Malcolm) passed away July 2018 without ever finding out who her birth parents were. I have taken several DNA tests with a few sites as well as a couple of my siblings in hopes to find the birth family, but struggling to narrow the radius. Also, apparently my moms adoption file has been sealed for 100 years. Praying I will have a way to obtain before that. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
