I believe I was born early. The adoption was facilitated through the state, and finalized in Kenton county, Kentucky. I do not know any names, ages, or identifying information, but my adoptive father was lead to believe that my birth mother worked at Whitaker Bank in Lexington, and was possibly related to the family who owns it.
