A Few of Our Members Currently Searching Within Kentucky Who Chose To Be Featured
901. JamesBrunner : My name is James Michael Brunner I was born as jimmy green to Diana Sue Green/Brann. I was in foster care in Louisville KY arnd adopted in Shelbyville Kentucky. I currently reside in Bardstown Kentucky with my wife. I’m looking for my biological sister. Her name at birth is Karen Marie Sandlin. She’s 40 years old. She was born April 18th 1979. Please help.
902. WronglyAccusedMom87 : My daughter was named Athena Marie Richardson‚ born August 21 2007. My son was named Damien Matthew DeLauter
‚ born August 11 2008. My next son was named Dominic James Gabriel DeLauter‚ born July 5 2010. They were adopted by Doug and Melissa Smith. I am wanting to contact them and want to get them back in my life. They were taken from me wrongly and unjustly.
903. Dsyeaton : We looked for decades for a missing cousin. We found his sibling several years ago via cousinconnect and him this year (2019) via DNA, about two weeks before their birth mother our aunt died.
She was born in 1960 and adopted in FL. He was born in 1958, adopted in CA, and lives in UT.
At our aunt’s funeral, neighbors told us that in her last months, she told them she had children. Three or four children. Neighbors have told us that the aunt (born 1936) became pregnant in high school (1950-1955 if this is true) or at age 17 (1953-1954 if this is true) and was sent to FL to have the baby.
We do not know much: mother’s maiden name, if listed: Anderson, birth state of mother: MA, she was very tall and thin, loved animals and dogs, Danish, German, English ethnicity. We have done DNA on ancestrydna and 23andme.
If this is you....or you think it could be you because part of the story matches...please do DNA testing so that we can see if we match!
And we are unsure why there were said to be: three or four children. Could it have been twins, which run in our family? Or is there another child with a different birth year and possible different birth and adoption state? These birth years are only guesses...it conceivably could have been any time after her birth in 1936 as maybe a teen (1949 or before?) to menopause (maybe before 1986?) but most likely in the 1950s or 1960s. Do any of these guesses for you or someone you know? We are a dozen cousins looking for decades!
905. Granny52264 : JoHanna Hazel Grace McMullin I was there when you were born. I loved you from the moment I found out Robyn was pregnant with you. I tried to keep you. But Robyn wanted you to live with strangers. I am and always will be your Granny. I love you would live to reconnect with you and you have a Aunt and Uncles and cousins who would too. Lisa would let drug addicted Robyn talk to you and let you down. But not me. I sent you gifts they got "lost" in the mail. I was adopted too. I know how important family is!
I love you forever
I like you for always
As long as I’m living my granddaughter you’ll be!!!

910. Livicn : Searching for my husbands siblings that his mother placed up for adoption prior to him being born. The information we know is that they were two females born in Louisville, KY. Both were born in April, one in the year 1982 and the second in the year 1983. One was believed to be born at Audobon Hospital and the other at General Hospital. Birth mothers name Marietta Roth.
914. MaryMoore1935 : My grandmother gave up possibly 4 children for adoption. She kept 1 which was my dad. My dad spent a long time searching for his brothers. He has recently passed away and Im trying to keep his search going. Id like to meet my dads brothers.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
