This was a state decision that went against her personal requests due to mental health issues. I know the older two were named Benjamin Elijah and Isaiah Ethan Erin Noonan. The third son was taken away within a day of birth due to a false positive drug screen caused by one of her prescribed SSRIs. I would like to connect with my nephews to ensure they are healthy and let them know they have family that loves them and wants to know them better.

Mother was Helen Frances Hogan (Fletcher may have been listed as married name - deceased Jan 25‚ 1998) Helen’s birthdate was May 30‚ 1941. Father was a soldier at Ft Campbell air base‚ info unknown. My father is David Wesley Fletcher (DOB July 5‚ 1961). He was told about her by his great grandmother and an aunt.
My great-aunt told me that she thought the adopting family were named Gilkey and from Lyon County.
