Jean was born in Nashville,Tennessee and moved back to TN and Kentucky over the years after a short time in North East, later died in 2005 in IN.

My birth certificate has been changed since the adoption to show my adoptive parents as my birth parents. I was adopted by a court in Louisville, Kentucky sometime between 1994-1995. My adoptive parents names are Jill and Lawrence Stout.
