I was in the navy at the time and was not aware of a pregnancy. I have been able to see the last name of another distant match through my daughter and the surname matches that of the girl ibhad been seeing at the time. I have no contact with her and dont know where else to start as no other matches are present if Diana is out there please know I would love to connect and that I didn’t know you existed. If I am correct‚ your mother was also in the navy at that time as well.

1365. AmyPrevostVerveris : Jenny was adopted through Lutheran Family services on December 23‚1986. She went to a family in PA. her adoptive father was a preacher and mother was a school teacher. They also adopted a boy a few months younger than Jenny. The adoptive parents said they were going to keep her name the same(not the last name of course) and that they would send me a yearly update letter and a photo. They only ever sent 1. I was a 13 year old child when I was forced to give her up for adoption by Connecticut DCF. I have accepted this forced choice throughout my life by feeling I was giving her a real chance of having a fulfilling life that I myself could not have provided to her. I pray I can find her someday. I have had 2 other children after Jenny 1 girl and 1 boy. My 2nd daughter Angelica passed away from Covid 19 January 4‚2022 and I live with extreme sadness in my heart and would love the opportunity to possibly reconnect with Jenny just so I know I made the right choice for her.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
