924. Saralynncad : I am searching for my half brother who was born at The Westerly Hospital in Westerly, Rhode Island on December 25th,1999. His biological mothers name is Claire Murphy and our biological fathers name was Todd Allen Caddick. I believe they gave my brother up for adoption straight from the hospital right after birth. Our father, Todd A. Caddick has since then passed away suddenly on May 22, 2002 so I was never able to get any information about my adopted half sibling. My sister and I want nothing more than to meet him someday.
925. Lauragraves2 : Trying to help my half brother find his mother. He was given up for adoption in 1964. His mother was 4’11” it was thru catholic charities of Norwich.
929. Serenity24 : At 17 I was in a foster home. My foster father had a heart attack 2 weeks before my little man was born. They decided to not take anymore children in, which changed my plans of having him with me. I had to place him in a separate foster home. I worked hard to build a life for us, it was never going to be good enough for the State of Ct. He was such a good baby and I had no one to reach out to.The State kept trying to make me let him go.It is not like today where they help a mother. One day I realized he was needing more bonding than I was able to give him.I could not be selfish over his needs, future.I did what was better for him, not me. And then I died inside.I still feel his breath on my right wrist every night I lay down my head.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
