1309. Flaplanfx : I was born in Yonkers‚ NY and adopted in CT. It was requested that I be raised by a Jewish family. My birth certificate has birth number 139-71-102688. It is a CT birth certificate. According to 23andme I am 50% Ashkenazi Jewish‚ 40.7% English‚ Irish‚ & 9.3% German & French. Adoption agency unknown. Biological mother was in her 30’s when she had me according to my adoptive mother.
1310. Karenjoy : I was adopted 1957. I met my birth mother 15 years ago. She had married the man 6 months after the adoption when she told me was the father. I also met him‚ ( divorced) by then. He seemed for all I could see to believe he was my father. Mothers name was Patty Mack‚ and he was Victor Mathurin. I have recently confirmed my suspicions on 23/me DNA testing he was NOT the father. He is also now deceased as is mother. I have my original Birth certificate from CT‚ with no father name on it. The adoption was sealed‚ so I’m thinking maybe original certificate that was sealed might have real father’s name. DNA testing points to last name of Poulos‚ although this is not a sure thing. I was born in Hartford‚ CT‚ and the final adoption took place in Collinsville‚ CT. Prob in Sept 1957.

My mother was 19‚ and lived in or around New London CT. I was born in new London on August 8th 1994 and was with my adopted family by November of the same year. I believe my father may not have met my mother in CT‚ and that she may have met him while on a trip‚ or something similar‚ perhaps near Virginia‚ Arkansas‚ etc.

My birth mom was an employee at the Mills in Rockville. I have birth information that she has brothers and sisters that play musical instruments. My heritage from her is Irish‚ Swedish‚ German‚ French. She did not know who the Father was. She had gone to a party and met someone at the party. She had another boyfriend at that time.

1318. Kseanfx : I think my parents adopted me in Connecticut. I’m not 100% sure but I believe they tell me my birthday was March 29th 1989 when I’m not 100% sure if that’s true.
1319. Slinder80 : She was born at Danbury hospital. At the time of birth her name was Amanda Jean Linder‚ her name was changed to Margaret Amanda Jean although I am unaware of her new last name. We used an adoption agency out of Norwalk.
1320. Michaeldillman : I was born in New London‚ Connecticut. I believe my mother’s name is Patricia and my father’s name is Michael. It appears that the last name of one of them is Curtis. They attended the New London Highschool. I was missing one ear when I was born.
