A Few of Our Members Currently Searching Within Connecticut Who Chose To Be Featured
1096. Pedrox755 : I registered on Ancestry.com and discovered that I share 50% DNA with a woman whose username is Savanahef ‚ this was a shock to me as I never knew. Beyond this I have very little information.
1097. DestineyRoseMartinez : Looking for a sibling who is searching for me. I am Destiney Rose Martinez Fisher who was born in Iowa City Iowa. My mom is Rachel Fisher and dad is Gonzalo Martinez.
1098. LindaDesrosiers : I am searching for my adopted son’s birth family. I have been so grateful for him coming into my life and always wanted to let the birth mother know how he is doing. Don’t know where this might go but it’s a start. It would be nice to know if he has any half siblings.
1100. Sandee0817 : Kyle Lefebvre‚ but they changed his name. I believe the 2 men who adopted him named him Max. I’m his mother Sandee and I’ve been waiting all these years to see you again. I’m now living in Danby VT. My last name is now Turk and your big brother Adam Bailey is also waiting to see you. We have A LOT to catch up on and were so excited to see you and talk. Lots of love‚ hugs and kisses. This year you’ll be 18 so please reach out to me. The agency that did the adoption is in Winsted CT. Lady’s first name was Jennifer. Reach out to her and tell her your looking for me and that I’m living with my mother in VT. She has the phone number. Love you so much‚ Mom & brother Adam. Xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxooxxoxo
1101. Angelaxr7 : My brother was born on 7/2/1976 and was taken from my mom on 7/3/1976 as part of a black-market adoption ring common during that era in San Francisco‚ CA. The baby was taken from my 14 year old mom as she was a runaway at the time. She was released from the University of California San Francisco Hospital (San Francisco County). My mom was initially allowed to see the baby (left unattended in a portable crib by her hospital bed). The next morning‚ a hospital employee informed her that her baby had died. They would not allow her to see her baby again‚ and when she asked about the burial‚ the nurse told her it was against the rules and that her child would instead be buried in mass grave. They had her sign some form resembling a "contract" that she didn’t understand. A few years ago‚ I happened to cross paths with a retired RN who happened to work in the SF area during those years with her husband who was a physician. She was quite familiar with‚ and apologetic for‚ the unfortunate practice of black-market adoptions at those hospitals‚ during that era. She was a wealth of information and informed me that we are possibly looking for a child with a birth certificate filed within a few days of 7/2/76 with the generic name "Baby Boy" on the birth certificate. The retired RN I spoke with mentioned that the hospital staff would not have filed a false death certificate for these types of situations due to the legal implications of filing a false death record.
On May 27‚ 2022 - We confirmed with the vital records office in San Francisco that there is a certificate of live birth but no death record exists for my brother which confirms he did not die in the hospital on July 3‚ 1976 and that the hospital indeed lied.
1102. MackenzieRoseK : I am also looking for siblings…I know my fathers name is Jeffery..and my moms name is Susan. I think Susans last name may have been Hemmler or something along those lines
1103. JanetAnnAdams : Looking for my half brother. Born as James Adams I believe.
I hear he was adopted and possibly moved out to the
mid west from the east coast.
My fathers Name is Roger Adams. I do not know my
half brothers mothers name
1104. Victoriadumond : My brother was adopted out of catholic family services ‚ he would be Hispanic and Caucasian ‚ he was named Joshua Peters by my mother before he was adopted
1105. Mebarfield1 : My sisters name is autumn rayne sebjan born September 16‚2015 her birth parents are Stephen sebjan and felicia veness. We have the same father. I 22 years old. I live in Danbury I know she’s in the Fairfield county in Connecticut just trying to reach out for communicatio. And reunification!
1106. Susanprovencal : i am adopted and i am looking for my birth brother he was also adopted his name was Damien but when he was adopted his name was changed to Daniel his birth last name is provencal im not sure of his adopted last name but i know it is something like sprafsky
