683. LauraNovember1969 : I was born in Yonkers New York at St Joes hospital I believe. My mother went to a maternity house with the help of her sister at around 4-5 months. My biological mother met my father through her best friend. From the story I heard she had an affair with her best friends husband. My biological mother planned accordingly by going through an adoption agency and I believe it was finalized by Children and family services of Stamford Connecticut. I have nothing but respect for my mother planning and doing her best to take care of me and finding a good home. I would very much like to meet my parents and any family I may have. It has always been an empty spot in my life and would like to know much more. My maternal grandparents were supposedly estate care takers and my biological father was in the service. My biological mother was 20 when she had me and I believe my biological father was a little older. My biological mother was a dental hygienist at one time and liked to sew etc. She went away to a maternity house and had me for a week until I was in foster care for about a week u til I was adopted
685. Lookinglou1 : My son was born in Lennox Hill Hospital in Manhattan around 12:30 pm on a Saturday, weighing over 8 lbs. He was bi-racial, with a white mom and black dad. He was also adopted by a bi-racial couple, living in Westchester, NY or possibly Connecticut and the adoption was through the Spence Chapin adoption agency. I was told my son was doing well and that his adoptive family was in the process of adopting a baby girl a year later. I told the agency that I was always willing to be contacted at any time in the future. If he is looking, I want him to find me before it is too late.
686. Kedari : I am attempting to find a relative of my wife, this is very important to her. The relative was Cherokee Indian and was adopted at birth. We know nothing more than her name at time of death which is Opal Miller-Neighbors. Any info is very appreciated.
687. Moniquedauteuil : Baby born at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. 1954. Month and day not written on document. Has hospital stamp with year. Delivered by Dr Sylvia Weiner. Biological mother Florette/Fleurette Michaud married to Frank/ François d’Auteuil. I’m not sure if he was the biological father. Some discord in my parent’s marriage. She returned to Québec apparently after the birth. Rumors of a son. Death certificate found online of a female baby who lived 99 minutes in Hartford and was named baby girl Michaud but with no names of parents. So I’m just not sure. The Michaud family carries Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome hypermobility type which my sibling would have. We all have green/hazel eyes except for one true blue eyed sibling. The month of September is a guess.

I was adopted in Connecticut to a white family. My father was supposed to come to court to fight for me but never showed up. I have one broher and sister as far as I know.
