1006. GB203 : Hi members! I really need your help. Ok the situation is this. My husband mom came to visit a long time ago and spilled some information to me about a son she gave up for adoption at birth when she was 16 years old. All I know is the place of birth was in a monastery near West Hartford CT. I think it had to of been an open adoption because she claims she talks to him to this day but refuses to give us his date of birth nor chance to meet him. She claims he was adopted by a nice Italian family in New Haven CT Area (which is very close to us) & he should be around 58 years old or so. The Mom’s name was Doris Dinah Martinez at the time of birth. Her sister’s name is Ada Nelly Feliciano and they have a brother Jose too. Her name now is Dinah Doris Bruno and she currently lives in Palm Beach Gardens with her husband Robert (Bob) Appelbaum. She also gave birth to three other kids who go by Jason Appel, John Joseph Bruno ii, and Lisa Rose Bruno. Dinah was a hair dresser at one time but later went onto to do real estate near Milford CT and retail sales for Sax fifth Avenue in west palm beach Florida. I have no exact date of birth but I know he was given up at birth in 1968 or 1967.
Now, this dinah isn’t always the most reliable truthful person so I can never trust all she says but that’s the info she gave me so far as I look. She claims she still speaks to him and he is very happy. I’ve asked tor his birthdate and she refused to give it to me. She said she would give it to her kids but won’t do that either. She’s very selfish. I want to reconnect my husband with his half brother. Please let me know if you may be him or how to reach him.

My biological father: A Possibility his name being Peter Milano or Lou Gallo perhaps changed at Birth to his adopted parents name. My fathers mother name was for sure Helen Bonaskiwich from Allentown Pennsylvania. Possibly my fathers name Pete Milano born late 1930s to late 1940s. Could be 100% wrong on name might be a name i mever heard of.
My fathers mother whom i never got to meet Helen Bonaskiwich was born 1913 and passed away 1977. If any of these name seems familiar can you please contact me. Thank you. Also on (ancestry.com) shows that I have a relative by the name of Jennifer black, Joshua Williamson, and a half sister Christine gallo.
My birth father might have had two other siblings that also were adopted at Birth by his mother Helen Bonaskiwich without ever meeting or knowing one another.
He was born either in New York City, Brooklyn NY, Pennsylvania Connecticut or Florida New Jersey or Delaware.
My grandparents Helen for sure and Pete Milano owned a musical bar called the Milano cafe back in the 1940s-1950s in Allentown P.A.

1014. CristianAco : I am looking to find information about my daughter. Her name is Janideliz marie Acosta . She was born 7-18-2015 at Waterbury Hospital in Waterbury Connecticut.
1018. EmilyAviles123 : Hello,
My name is Emily Aviles and I´m looking for my older sister who went into foster care as a toddler. Her birth year is approximately 1993, and we lived together with our mother Stacy Romanauskas in Hartford, CT. We have different fathers so we don´t look alike. I am Latina and she is White. She may also be on the spectrum, or have a severe disability. I was born in 1996.
1019. Nicosfamily : Mixed Race Caucasian - Hispanic
Birth mother - Casey Martinez-Hernandez
Taken by DHS in Slidell, LA around March 2006.
Adopted between November 2006 and 2008.
1020. Rustygreaves : I have a daughter who was born on 17 June, 1977 and given up for adoption at birth. Her teenaged mother was at the Silas Dean Home in Wethersfield, CT. The birth mother (hername at he time was Nancy Roylance it is now: Nanci Paluzzi). We were both high school students at Weston High School, Weston, CT, 06880. Our daughter’s name given at birth was Claudia Lynn, I do not know anything about where she was adopted, what her name may have been changed to, nor does her birth mother. Ms. Paluzzi was placed in the Silas Dean Home in Wethersfield CT by her parents, who influenced Nanci’s decision to put our daughter up for adoption. My name may not have been (probably not?) included on the birth certificate. Her birth mother was periodically in contact with Claudia’s social worker, and the only communication to Ms Paluzzi was that several years ago Claudia was not yet ready for any contact. Neither Nanci nor I wish to intrude on our daughter’s life, but I have maintained contact with her birth mother and am registered on a couple of adoption databases in case she ever wishes to know anything about her health, genetic, or family background. I have current contact information for Ms. Paluzzi. Of course, if our daughter ever wanted to meet Nanci or me it would be a most welcome event to us both.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
